Viking Showcase shines spotlight on Arts, Academics and Culture

Northdale Middle School hosted its second annual Viking Showcase on April 23, turning the school halls into a high-energy gallery this week, merging the traditional Art and Academic Night with Multicultural Night, creating a "one-stop shop" for student achievement and community culture.

The night featured a packed lineup including the band, orchestra, choir, and a student-led fashion show and dance performances. Students were able to bring their families into the school to admire both artwork, and projects from classes. By combining these events, the school is proud to celebrate the "whole student" with creativity, knowledge and heritage on display.
